### **Cool Down (8 minutes)**
1. **Slow Movements (4 minutes):**
- Lead the class in slow movements to cool down their bodies:

### **Closure (2 minutes)**
- Recap the main points of the lesson:
- Moving the body is fun and important for our health.
- Different movements help different parts of our bodies stay strong.
- Encourage students to practice some of these movements at home.
### **Assessment:**
- Observe students' participation and enthusiasm during the activities.
- Check for understanding through their ability to follow instructions and perform the movements.
- Listen to students' reflections during the cool-down discussion.
**Notes:**
- Always ensure the safety of students by using appropriate space and supervising them closely.
- Modify movements or activities to accommodate any students with specific needs.
